About SarahLiz:
I'm currently a full-time post-bacc public health education student. I will be graduating this summer with a second Bachelor's degree! I am working on applications for Master's of Public Health programs and am excited for what the future holds for me.
I work here at WEGO Health as a community leader in the Women's Health and Mental Illness section. I am thoroughly enjoying getting to know the forum members and putting my $0.02 in where I feel it's worthy.
With regards to my public health education, I am interested in doing preventative disease education especially for women in an international scope. I am fascinated by advances in women's health, the depletion of everyone's thymus, the brain chemicals involved in mental illnesses (specifically anxiety and Post-traumatic stress disorder).
In my (very rare) free time, I enjoy photography, reading, watching movies with friends, and cross-stitching. If I won a $1 million, I would immediately pay off all my bills and then travel the world with my camera and laptop.
Other random facts about me:
I watch too much TV - I never miss LOST or Grey's Anatomy. I very rarely miss America's Next Top Model, Survivor: China or The Bachelor. I watch all three CSI's, KidNation and Intervention onDemand. I got expanded cable just for Project Runway.
I drink too much coffee - quad venti non-fat sugar-free caramel latte, grande non-fat pumpkin spice latte, house with two Splendas and a dash of half & half, or straight from the coffee pot with an ice cube in it.
I am an overly cautious driver - I drive the speed limit (most of the time), I use my blinker (all of the time) and I use my Gemini observation skills to know that the right lane ends and move to the left lane before the end of it.
I’ve never wanted to be famous - unless it's for an amazing photograph, a fantastic novel or for saving the world from HIV & AIDS.
I blog everything - I write for two paid blogs and then here at WEGO Health.
